Terms of Use

Agreement

By using Signique you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Signique does

Signique designs a handwritten-style signature from a name you provide, and then helps you learn to reproduce it by hand.

The design is produced by an AI model. Results vary between attempts and are not guaranteed to match any particular expectation.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. There is no password. Anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion takes effect after 24 hours; signing in during that time cancels it.

Credits

One credit designs one signature. Credits do not expire and this is not a subscription.

If a generation fails, or produces a name different from the one you asked for, the credit is returned to you automatically.

Credits are otherwise non-refundable, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google; refund requests go through them, not us.

How you may use it

The signature we design for you is yours to use as your own signature.

You must not design a signature of someone else's name in order to impersonate them, forge a document, or deceive anyone. Doing so is illegal in most countries and you alone are responsible for it.

You must not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Ownership

You own the signature designed for you and may use it without restriction, including commercially.

We keep a copy so we can show it to you in the app. We do not use your signatures to advertise Signique or to train models.

Availability

We try to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available. Generation depends on a third-party AI provider that can be slow or unavailable.

The service is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using it.

Ending this agreement

You may stop using Signique at any time by deleting your account.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, in particular the rule about impersonation. Where we can, we will tell you why.
