This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and who else sees it. There is no advertising network and no analytics profile behind this app.
Your email address, used only to sign you in and to send you the things you ask for.
The name you type when you design a signature, the signatures we generate for you, and your practice scores.
A notification token, only if you turn notifications on. Your app language, so we can write to you in it. A record of your credit purchases and how credits were spent.
We do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos, or anything from other apps. We do not track you across apps or websites.
To provide the service you asked for: designing a signature needs the name, practising needs the signature, and signing in needs the email.
Notifications are sent only after you allow them, and only to tell you a signature you started is ready.
Purchase records exist so your credits survive a reinstall and so a failed generation can be refunded.
OpenAI receives the name you type, in order to generate the signature image. Nothing else about you is sent.
Google Firebase delivers notifications and receives only the notification token.
RevenueCat, Apple and Google handle purchases. We never see your card details.
Resend delivers our emails and receives your address.
We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
Your signatures and practice history stay until you delete them or delete your account.
Deleting your account starts a 24-hour waiting period, so an accidental deletion can be undone by signing in again. After that the account and its content are removed permanently.
Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days and then discarded.
You can see, correct, export or delete your data. Deletion is available inside the app under Settings.
For anything else, or to object to how we process your data, write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
If you are in the European Union or Türkiye, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Signique is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has an account, write to [email protected] and we will remove it.
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted. Your sign-in token is stored in the device's secure storage, not in ordinary app storage.
Generated signature images are private to your account and are never served from a public address.
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
